Campaign terms

1. ORGANISER

The campaign is organised by C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS), registered at Tartu mnt 80, Tallinn, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organiser).

• 2. IPHONE CAMPAIGN AND CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION RULES

  2.1 The campaign "Exchange your old phone for a new iPhone" (hereinafter "campaign") takes place from October 9, 2024, to December 26, 2024 (hereinafter "campaign period").

  2.2. All private customers who bring any old smartphone with a value of at least €45 to iDeal stores during the campaign period can participate in the campaign and exchange it for the iPhone models listed in section 2.3.

  2.3. The following iPhone models participate in the campaign:

  • iPhone 14
  • iPhone 14 Plus
  • iPhone 15
  • iPhone 15 Plus
  • iPhone 15 Pro
  • iPhone 15 Pro Max
  • iPhone 16
  • iPhone 16 Plus

  2.4. If the value of the used device is at least €45, C&C EE OÜ will add a bonus amount of €50 to the value of the old device to be used for the purchase of a new iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models and €75 for iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models.

  2.5. The device will be evaluated on-site by a store employee. The amount received for the device, together with the bonus, can be used to purchase a new product on the spot.

  2.6. If the buyback price is acceptable, the customer will be assisted in selecting a new product in the store and will immediately receive a discount based on the value of the old device. The discount applies only to the in-stock models listed in section 2.3. The discount does not apply to services or training.

  2.7. A customer can return up to 5 old devices for the purchase of a new product, but the bonus will be added only to the most valuable device, which must be worth at least €45.

  2.8. By participating in the campaign, the customer confirms the accuracy of the information provided, their compliance with the campaign rules, and their agreement to the terms.

  2.9. The amount received for the old device will not be reimbursed to the customer in cash or as a gift card. The amount, together with the bonus, can only be used for purchasing a new product at the time the old device is brought to the store.

  


  2.10. The campaign applies both to individual customers as well as business customers.

  2.11. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or terminate the campaign early during the campaign period.

  2.12. The promotional offer communicated in the campaign (including on the website banner) is calculated under the following conditions: The promotional offer applies to the purchase of an iPhone 16 128 GB model if the customer returns an iPhone 14 128 GB model in perfect condition, valued at €366. C&C EE OÜ adds a €75 bonus, and the total discount for purchasing the new iPhone 16 128 GB model is €441. Without the buyback campaign, the price for the product starts from €999, plus a private copying levy of €4. All prices include VAT.

• 3. MAC CAMPAIGN AND CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION RULES

  3.1 The campaign "Exchange your old computer for a new Mac" (hereinafter referred to as "the campaign") takes place from 04.10 to 26.12.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the campaign period).

  3.2. The campaign is open to all private customers who bring any old computer with a value of at least €50 to iDeal showrooms during the campaign period and exchange it for one of the Mac models listed in section 2.3.

  3.3. The following Mac models are eligible for the campaign:

  • MacBook Pro 14" M3, M3 Pro, M3 Max
  • MacBook Pro 16" M3 Pro, M3 Max
  • MacBook Air 15" M3
  • MacBook Air 13" M3
  • MacBook Air 13" M2

  3.4. If the value of the used device is at least €50, C&C EE OÜ will add a bonus amount of €120, €150, or €200 to the value of the old device to purchase a new Mac. The bonus amounts apply to the models listed in section 2.3 as follows:

  • A discount of €200 applies to the purchase of the MacBook Pro 14" M3 and MacBook Pro 16" M3 models
  • A discount of €150 applies to the purchase of the MacBook Air 15" M3 and MacBook Air 13" M3 models
  • A discount of €120 applies to the purchase of the MacBook Air 13" M2 model

  3.5. The device will be assessed in-store by a showroom employee. The value of the device, together with the bonus, can be used to purchase a new product on-site.

  3.6. If the buyback price is acceptable, the customer will be assisted in selecting a new product in-store, and an immediate discount will be applied based on the value of the old device. The discount applies only to the models listed in section 2.3 that are in stock. The discount does not apply to service fees and training.

  3.7. Up to 5 old devices can be returned for the purchase of a new device during the campaign, but the bonus will only be applied to the most expensive device, whose value is at least €50.

  3.8. The participant confirms the accuracy of the information provided to the Organizer, their compliance with the campaign rules, and their agreement to them.

  3.9. The value of the old device cannot be refunded in cash or gift cards. The amount, along with the bonus, can only be used for purchasing a new product at the same time as the old device is brought to the showroom.

  


  3.10. The campaign applies only to private customers.

  3.11. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to change the campaign terms or terminate the campaign early during the campaign period.

  3.12. The sample offer in the campaign communication (including the website banner) is calculated under the following conditions: The sample offer applies to the purchase of a MacBook Air 13'' Apple M3 256 GB model if the customer returns a MacBook Air 13'' M1 256 GB model in perfect condition, along with the adapter or power cable, with a value of €451. C&C EE OÜ will add a bonus of €150, and the total discount for purchasing the new MacBook Air 13'' Apple M3 256 GB model is €601. Without the buyback campaign, the product price starts at €1,359, plus a €4 private copying fee. All prices include VAT.

• 4. OTHER CONDITIONS

  4.1. The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the campaign, the Organizer will process their personal data according to C&C EE OÜ general principles of personal data processing (read more at https://www.ideal.ee/ee_ee/privaatsuspoliitika/). By submitting personal data to the Organizer during the campaign, the participant consents to the Organizer processing their personal data for sending information related to the campaign.

  4.2. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  4.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be sent in writing with the note "Buyback Campaign" no later than 15.01.2025 to the email address klienditugi@ideal.ee
