Additional warranty

The additional warranty is an extension of the standard warranty! The additional warranty allows you to resolve all concerns arising from manufacturing defects within a longer time than usual. The additional warranty applies to a manufacturing defect that occurs during normal use of the item. The most frequent cases of damage for which customers have received help are related to battery, motherboard, and screen failures.

How to conclude

  • Additional warranties can be purchased for all products as long as the product is still under the primary manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers give a 1 or 2-year warranty on their products.
  • The additional guarantee payment is due in one installment.
Good to know!

  • The additional warranty is always without deduction.
  • Damages and wear and tear caused by an external factor (e.g., falling) are not covered by the additional warranty.
  • Valid worldwide.
  • Check the conditions and ask the consultant for more information.
Example:
    The manufacturer's defect in the customer's MacBook Pro motherboard appears two years and two months after the purchase of the computer. The purchase price of the computer was 1,274 euros, and the customer also purchased extended warranty insurance. The customer brought the computer to the representative office, and depending on the extent of the failure, the device is either repaired or replaced with an equivalent computer from the same manufacturer.

    It is important to remember that the usual manufacturer's warranty is 1-2 years, but manufacturing defects can manifest even after the end of this period!
