Campaign terms
1. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered at Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organizer).
2. CAMPAIGN NAME
"Apple devices as graduation gifts with 0% interest. 0% interest, 0 € down payment, 0 € contract fee."
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
30.05. - 26.06.2025 (hereinafter “campaign period”).

4.1. During the campaign, private customers can purchase a new Apple device with interest-free installments from iDeal stores or the online store.
4.2. The campaign applies to all Apple devices purchased during the campaign period. The installment period with promotional interest for iPhone and Mac models is up to 20 months, and for iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods models up to 12 months.
4.3. The campaign cannot be combined with partners’ special offers or other customer promotions, except for the ISIC / ITIC and student discount on Mac models: during the campaign period, a -10% additional discount on Mac computers applies in iDeal stores with the presentation of an ISIC / ITIC card or other student status confirming document, which can be combined with the 0% interest campaign.
4.4. The financing provider for Mac and iPhone models is Inbank Finance AS, and for iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods models it is LHV Finance AS. For accurate monthly payment information, review the installment terms and submit an application.
4.5. The credit provider for Mac and iPhone models is Inbank Finance AS (license no. 4.1-1/31, Niine 11, Tallinn, phone 640 8080). Before signing the contract, carefully review the terms and consult with an Inbank Finance AS employee or another expert if necessary.
4.6. The credit provider for iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods models is LHV Finance AS (license no. 4.1-1/69, Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, phone 680 2700). Before signing the contract, carefully review the terms and consult with an LHV Finance AS employee or another expert if necessary.

5.1. The participant confirms awareness that by participating in the Campaign, the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OÜ (see more at https://www.en.ideal.ee/privaatsuspoliitika). By submitting their personal data to the Organizer as part of the campaign, the participant gives consent for their personal data to be processed for the purpose of providing information related to the campaign.
5.2. All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be resolved according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3. All complaints related to the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the note “iDeal graduation campaign” no later than 12.07.2025 to the email klienditugi@ideal.ee
