Apple trade in

To trade in an old device, do the following:

1. Take your device to one of our stores. All devices are welcome.

2. We will determine the condition of your device. The only requirement is that it needs to be working - if it turns on at the push of a button, then it has a value.

3. If the price is right, we will help you find a new companion and you get a dicount at the value of your old device.

NB! To trade in an old device, the Find My function has to be turned off, for which you need to remember your Apple ID account and password.

Campaign terms:

1. Organizer

The campaign is organized by iDeal Group AS, registered office Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registry code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organizer).

• 2. CAMPAIGN AND RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN

  2.1. The campaign "Trade in your old phone for a new iPhone" (hereinafter "campaign") takes place in the period 05.01 - 27.06.2024 (hereinafter campaign period).

  2.2. All customers who bring any old phone with a value of at least €48 to iDeal stores during the campaign period and exchange it for a new iPhone model participate in the campaign

  2.3. If the value of the old device is at least €48, iDeal Group AS adds €100 to the value of the old device as a bonus for the purchase of a new iPhone.

  2.4. The device is evaluated on the spot in the store by a store employee. The amount received for the device, including the bonus, can be used to purchase a new product in store.

  2.5. If the buy-back price is suitable, the customer will be helped to choose a new product on the spot in the store and receive an immediate price discount according to the value of the old product. The discount only applies to new, in-stock iPhone models. The discount does not extend to maintenance services and training.

  2.6. As part of the campaign, up to 5 old devices can be returned for the purchase of a new device, but the bonus is added to the value of one, the most expensive device, with a value of at least €48.

  2.7. The participant in the Campaign confirms to the Organizer the correctness of the information provided about them, their compliance with the rules of the Campaign and their acceptance of them.

  2.8. The amount received for the old device will not be reimbursed to the customer in cash or as a gift card. The amount with the bonus can only be used to purchase a new product at the same time the old device is brought to the store.

  2.9. The campaign applies to both private and business customers.

  2.10. iDeal Group AS has the right to change the conditions of the campaign during the campaign period or to terminate the campaign before the deadline.

• 3. OTHER CONDITIONS

  3.1. The Participant confirms that he is aware that by participating in the Campaign, the Organizer processes his personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of iDeal Group AS (read more https://www.en.ideal.ee/privaatsuspoliitika). By transmitting his personal data to the Organizer as part of the campaign, the Participant gives the Organizer consent to process his personal data for the transmission of information related to the campaign.

  3.2. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

  3.3. All claims related to the organization of the Campaign must be sent in writing with the subject "Trade in campaign" no later than 27.07.2024 to the e-mail klienditugi@ideal.ee

  *The price stated in the iPhone 15 Pro sample offer is valid for the purchase of the product if the customer returns the iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB model in perfect condition with a value of €300. For its part, iDeal Group AS adds €100 as a bonus, and the discount for the purchase of the new iPhone 15 Pro is €400 in total (including VAT).
